Carlos has more than 20 years of experience in the IT field, running global programs for Dell and General Motors.. Back in 1999, Carlos developed an automation technology for a medical office which corrected human errors in their collections process.
Carlos joined Blue Prism in 2017 as part of the professional services team and created professional developer workshops, gave talks on AI, performed assessments on the Robotic Operating Model and the robotic infrastructure. He also mentored several large customers’ Centers of Excellence and fixed and grew their practices.
